Does anyone have a suggestion?

The problem is this section. It's right above the entrance. So I can't anchor the tarp to the door obviously.
When it rains (which the Lord has blessed us with a lot the last couple of days), it pulls the tarp down and holds it. Which wouldn't be a problem except when it holds too much, it dumps right at the entrance and all in the run.

If anyone has any ideas about how I may remedy this, please let me know. There are no dumb ideas, right now it's tied down with bread ties, so...
